Laurita Jane respects and protects your privacy. Your personal details will under no circumstances be disclosed, exchanged or sold, unless ordered by a court of law. Your information will be used to process orders only and will not be kept on file.

Exchanges/Refunds

At Laurita Jane we realise that although our products is of a very high standard and care has been taken to describe each garment as accurately as possible, a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size or colour. If that is the case we encourage you to contact us via email or phone to arrange an exchange. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Contact must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. An additional delivery fee for this service will be charged.
Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are final.

At Laurita Jane every dispatched item, is checked and packaged with the utmost care. However we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us promptly via phone or email to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. Laurita Jane will give a full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault. Delivery fees will not be included in refund.
